• Go to 'Control Panel'
• Click on 'Sounds and Audio Devices'
• Click on the 'Sounds' tab.
• Under Program Events select 'Start Windows' and click 'Browse' and select the new downloaded file.

Vista

• Go to 'Control Panel'
• Click on 'Sounds'
• Click on the 'Sounds' tab.
• Under Program Events select 'Windows Logon' and click 'Browse' and select the new downloaded file.
